Yoga can lower blood pressure, cholesterol, and resting heart rates, and help slow the progression of heart disease. If you haven’t started yoga, it’s a great easy practice to begin that is gentle on the joints and muscles, making it ideal for any age. Remember, it’s the small changes that lead to big shifts.
