The future belongs to the curious. The ones who are not afraid to try it, explore it, poke at it, question it, and turn it inside out. – Anonymous

What can you learn from the culture of Rock and Roll to impact your leadership, relationship, and communication skills?

Today we have a very special episode for you with two guests as Dr. Michelle Robin is joined by Wayne Strickland and Tanya O’Callaghan of Leadership Rhapsody. Though they have very different backgrounds, the two have found similarities in both the business and music worlds.

As a successful 25-year Vice President at Hallmark Cards and the Author of Get Over Yourself, Decide to Lead, Wayne Strickland has extraordinary experiences to share that include winning and losing billion dollar contracts. His success and failures have informed his approach to building a competitive culture with enlightened leadership.

Tanya O’Callaghan is an established freelance musician / bassist with an eclectic impressive career to date. 100% born and raised in Ireland where her musical journey began, now based in Los Angeles when not on the road on a bass venture elsewhere! Tanya’s versatility has led her to work with world renowned artists such as Maynard James Keenan of Tool, Dee Snider of Twisted Sister, and Steven Adler of Guns N’ Roses to name a few.
