“The best way out is always through.” – Robert Frost

We are living in an interesting time in history – the pandemic has challenged our body, mind, and spirit in ways we’ve never experienced before. Depression, anxiety, illness, exhaustion, fear, and a lack of hope are all on the rise. The problem is, we’re not talking about how to navigate these times and why it starts with your physical and mental health.

Robert Frost had right, we must go through it to get out. That doesn’t mean we continue to struggle until it’s over. It means we learn to build rhythm in our lives, so we become more resilient to what’s happening around us.

How We’re Helping Businesses During This Time

Since the pandemic began, Dr. Michelle Robin has lifted up businesses around the world – small and large – and their employees. Dr. Robin believes people are your company’s greatest asset. If your team members are depressed, stressed, feeling isolated, in pain, sleep deprived, or unwell, it will impact their productivity and wellbeing of your team and company as a whole. That’s why she’s built three presentations specifically tailored to these ever-evolving times to awaken people to the power of physical and mental wellbeing. She’s helped leaders at these businesses shine during these times, creating a transparent layer between leadership and employees that opens the door to more kindness in the workplace.

Who is Dr. Michelle Robin?

Dr. Robin believes you cannot heal the body without healing what’s inside your heart – such as the history you can’t let go of; that broken relationship; frustration and anger; or the emotions that hold you captive from discovering the best version of yourself. As a chiropractor, author, teacher, holistic healer, podcast host, unshakable optimist, international speaker, and founder of Your Wellness Connection, Dr. Robin launched Small Changes Big Shifts® in 2010 to break open the health paradigm for people and businesses. She has left an impression on thousands of lives for helping them find a way to live a vibrant, happy, and healthy life. For 30 years, she has guided people to create small changes that ultimately change their life.

Building Rhythm and Resilience

Our world has been turned upside down. There is a lot of change and uncertainty for our health, livelihood, and daily life. We can get through this together, but we need to focus on two things: We need to build rhythm and resilience in our day-to-day life by focusing on the four quadrants of our well-being: mechanical, chemical, energetic, and psychospiritual. Dr. Robin focuses on motivation, health and wellbeing, as well as wisdom for these times. (Time length: 1 hour, interactive or livestream video options available)

Research shows that people are having more difficulty sleeping than ever before. Without good sleep hygiene, our physical and mental health go into overdrive, causing a multitude of problems including our immune system. She will provide guidance on sleep posture, night-time routines, and how to stay asleep to lessen stress and anxiety. (Time length: 1 hour, interactive or livestream video options available)

Who doesn’t want the people working for them to be better, faster and more productive?

The surprising truth about what motivates your employees. And how a whole health approach to wellbeing can transform productivity and profits.

According to a recent Gallup poll, about 86% of full-time workers have at least one chronic condition. Full-time workers in the U.S. who have chronic health conditions miss an estimated 450 million additional days of work each year.

Workers in the U.S. who, at some point in their lives, have been diagnosed with depression miss an estimated 68 million additional days of work each year. That is an estimated cost of more than $23 billion in lost productivity annually to U.S. employers.

So, how can you have healthy profits and healthy employees?

Here is how we can help:

Through a 90-minute workshop I can help your employees learn how to listen to their body. In just 1 ½ hours they will create their own custom wellness plan and be 100% prepared to take their first steps on their wellness journey.

Are you looking for workshop to your organization or employees? We can discuss your company’s needs and then we’ll present you with a proposal with your unique needs in mind.
